Curriculum Statement

 The children will learn the three key knowledge strands in French: phonics, vocabulary and grammar. By the end of Year 6, the pupils should be able to

·         express their ideas, thoughts and opinions in French.

·         understand and respond to its speakers in speech and in writing.

·         pronounce words accurately and sound authentic.
